Bank of Colorado

Completed September of 2016, this is the second branch for the Bank of Colorado in Greeley, CO. Working with R4 Architects and JL Development, Mishler was engaged as the general contractor early in the design process and was part of the pre-construction team providing project design input including value engineering, constructibility review and product review. Project features include drive up banking facilities, vault, administrative and banking functions. The building also features a large tenant lease space for future tenant finish and possible expansion.

Boyer’s Coffee

Mishler provided full Tenant Improvement services for this retail coffee shop project in South Denver. The project included stained concrete floors, full kitchen design and install, serving areas, customer services areas and customer seating.

Salud Longmont

Mishler was engaged by Salud in August of 2013 to complete a major addition and renovation of it’s existing clinic in Longmont, CO. The existing clinic was constructed by Mishler Construction in 2004. The project features a 10,000 sf medical wing addition and a 2,500 sf dental wing addition. Additionally, once the additions are finished we will complete a renovation of the existing clinic. All work will be completed while Salud continues normal business operations. Through careful planning and coordination Salud operations will not be interrupted. The project features the addition of medical and dental exam rooms, medical procedure rooms, clean/dirty rooms and lab services and a pharmacy.

Boulder Scientific Admin

This Design/Build project for a large local chemical manufacturing company serves as the clients administrative headquarters. At just over 17,000sf this pre-engineered structure featured insulated texture panels, a 0.5/12 pitch standing seam roof, full parapets and many architectural features. Working thru budget and design Mishler was able to bring added value to the project giving vital input on the building systems and cost saving suggestions. Mishler also provided site plan approval services and worked closely with the owner and Town of Mead planning on bringing this project to reality.

Peak Kia

Working with Casseday Creative Design, Mishler was engaged to provide Pre-construction and General Contracting Services for the construction of a Service and Hospitality facility for Peak KIA North located in Windsor, CO. This 23,000 square foot facility included areas for service and customer hospitality. Features include an express oil and filter change lane and a 6,500-square-foot automotive service area with enough room for 11 vehicles at a time. Other areas include a conference and break room, offices, public restrooms and a customer hospitality center for customers to wait while their car is serviced. The hospitality center includes a fenced, outdoor playground that can only be accessed from inside the building, an upscale coffee bar, Internet bar and a fireplace for the ambiance. The lot includes 176 parking spaces, with about 25 dedicated for customers.

JBS Corporate

JBS International engaged Mishler Construction to complete a large addition and tenant finish to their North American Headquarters in Greeley, CO. The project included a large office cubicle area as well as breakroom and administration functions. The project features a 2 story fill in addition as well as finishes to existing areas within the structure.

Lake City

We were first contacted by the Lake Fork Health District in 2007 about the possibility of designing and constructing a new Medical and Dental Facility. At that time we began the process of programming and studying the feasibility of a new clinic to replace the existing clinic.. The existing clinic was rapidly approaching it’s maximum capacity for the ever growing patient load in the area. Land was acquired by the client and fund raising for the project began. Mishler, in partnership with Marasco and Associates, was engaged to complete the design for the project. March 2011 marked the completion of the project which included the addition of a new 6,910 sf building and a major renovation of the existing clinic. The new facility serves the health needs of the surrounding community and includes facilities for Medical, Dental, Public Health, Emergency Services and Search/Rescue. The project features medical and dental exam rooms, procedure rooms, lab areas, x-ray room and a complete dental gas system. In addition to the Medical and Dental scope Mishler also renovated the existing Ambulance and Search and Rescue areas of the clinic.

Woodlands Event Barn

This 6,000 square foot event barn is located in the beautiful foothills of Morrison, CO. A Design/Build project utilizing a post/beam wood barn structure the project features a large assembly area for guests. The building design also includes bride/groom rooms, catering facilities and bar area. The facility will be used for weddings, receptions, parties and other large group gatherings.
