Alpha & Omega Storage

Working as a Design/Build GC for the project Mishler build this 13,600sf Pre-engineered building for our client as an investment property for his oil/gas tenant.  The Mishler team was instrumental in the design of the project providing critical input such as cost saving options, constructability review, system/material analysis, budget control and cost estimating.  The PEMB structure included a large 2nd story mezzanine area and 50’ clear spans.  The design utilized translucent light panels and a mechanically seamed roof panel.  The floorplan of the building includes warehouse/shop space, administrative areas and employee break area.  Two 15 ton overhead cranes where also part of the warehouse area.  Site work involved a very compact sight with multiple existing buildings and structures.

Burrito Kitchens

This 23,000+ SF food production facility was constructed utilizing  conventional/PEMB structural steel with architectural insulated panels. The project features state of the art food production systems as well as frozen and fresh food cold storage racking. Building features also include a large shipping/receiving dock area, office administration areas, employee breakroom and storage facilities. Participating in a Design/Assist role Mishler was fully engaged in the design, budgeting and delivery process.  Our Design/Assist team added valuable input for cost savings, systems review and constructability planning. 

Intellivation Industries

Constructed in Loveland, CO this original new build along with numerous additions include warehouse, manufacturing and office areas and serves as the corporate headquarters for the client. Mishler constructed the original building in 2020 and has provided two additions since. Engaged as the Design/Assist GC for the project, Mishler Construction was instrumental in the design of the project providing critical input such as cost saving options, constructability review, system/material analysis, budget control and cost estimating. Structure is a PEMB(pre-engineered building) with large clear spans and utilizes multiple PEMB products including windows, wall panels and mechanically seamed roof panels. Site work includesd revision of existing storm water system, parking lot,  revision of site access and storage areas.

General Air

This new Greeley, CO warehouse, sales and showroom for General Air was accomplished utilizing our Design/Assist services. Mishler provided critical input for design, value engineering, product evaluation and system analysis. Building structure was a PEMB with Insulated Metal Panels, stone wainscot, and standing seam metal roof panels. Features include a large covered dock area, large ventilated welding school space, product showroom, and full height product storage warehouse. Site work included a new parking, loading and laydown areas, a new storm water pond and site lighting.

Grace E-free Church

This substantial addition and renovation to the clients existing facility featured the addition of a 4,000sf children’s classroom wing featuring multiple classrooms and a large group assembly area. Renovations consisted of a new enter/foyer area,  administration areas and nursery facilities. Work was done without interruption of the clients day to day operations.

Yoder Family ECEC

Mishler provided Design/Assist services for this new facility located inside Journey Christian Church in Greeley, CO. This 6 week to 6 years Early Childhood Education Center features a capacity of 40 children with multiple education and care spaces. Each of the classrooms was designed to fully support each individual child within their development.  Additional features are a new secure check-in area, renovations to restrooms and a large outdoor play area.

Iglesia de Jesucristo Palabra Miel

This ground up new build Design/Build project for Iglesia includes large worship auditorium, commercial kitchen, fellowship areas, children and adult education areas. Providing our Design/Build services Mishler was fully engaged in the design, budgeting and delivery process.  Our Design/Build team added valuable input for cost savings, systems review and constructability planning. Site Features include athletic fields, patio areas and a caretaker structure. Building structure was a PEMB(pre-engineered metal building) with many architectural features. 

Solomon Phase III

The Solomon Foundation Phase 3 located in the Town of Parker, CO, is our 2nd Design/Assist project for Solomon.  This Site Plan Amendment added a 3rd structure to their existing site increasing their total building footprint to over 60,000 square feet. Construction took  place within the property and consisted of a new 28,686 square foot building with parking improvements and landscaping. Utilities included storm network modifications, water and sanitary services for the new building. The new building use is a combination of administration and other ancillary uses.  The building also includes a large covered parking structure.

Solomon/Secor – Phase II

It was our great privilege to partner with the Solomon Foundation to construct a home for the SECOR CARES organization.  With this new facility SECOR CARES continues to grow and expand not only the number of guests served, but also the myriad offerings to their guests.  From Food for Thought for school aged children to life coaching through their Community of Hope, to resources for senior guests, SECOR Cares continues to create new opportunities through the support of sponsors, partners, volunteers and donors. A new Design/Assist project with over 23,000sf this 2-story building features commercial food storage facilities,  loading/unloading dock facility, large commercial walk in coolers/freezers and a public free food market.  Additionally there are facilities for administration, counseling, group gatherings and other ancillary SECOR services. Building structure is a 2-story concrete tilt-up structure.

Cornerstone

This Design/Build addition and renovation project included the addition of a new 5,000+ sf worship auditorium with a full basement for classroom and gathering functions. Mishler was fully engaged in the design, budgeting and delivery process providing valuable input for cost savings, systems review and constructability planning. Project features include the addition of a new 5,000+ sf worship auditorium with a full basement for classroom and gathering functions. The existing worship area was renovated into a new fellowship gathering area. Other renovations included the children’s area with new check-in facilities, renovated classrooms and administration areas. Site Features included new access to addition, patio/childrens play area and parking renovations.
